Nord MAXXDRIVE Helical-bevel gear units

Powerful performance even under difficult conditions. High load capacity, high torque and low noise: these are the MAXXDRIVE bevel helical gear units from NORD. With output torques of up to 250,000 Nm and power ratings of up to 1,500 kW, the gearboxes provide the necessary drive even in heavy-duty applications e.g. conveyor systems, mixers, agitators, extruders, drums or mills. Our MAXXDRIVE bevel-helical gear units are available in 2, 3 and 4-stage versions. Their gears are made of high quality steel alloys and case hardened. The transmissions offer torques of up to 250,000 Nm and powers of up to 1,500 kW. Our bevel gearbox industrial gearboxes can be conveniently mounted on all six sides. By using our BLOCK housings, we can use large rolling bearings, which guarantee a long service life of the gears. Our bevel-helical gear units have a high axial and radial load capacity, so that they can optimally absorb the loads occurring during operation. In addition, the advantages of the BLOCK design are reflected in the particularly quiet running of the gears. Our MAXXDRIVE bevel-helical gear units have mounted, easily accessible backstops, which enable a quick change of the direction of rotation.
