SKF TU series Y-bearing take-up units consist of a cast housing and an insert bearing. These units are typically mounted in take-up frames and connected by an adjustment screw. A grease fitting is provided in the housing for relubrication. SKF Y-bearing take-up units are filled with a high-quality, long-lasting grease containing a lithium-calcium thickener that has a consistency of 2 on the NLGI scale.
